Bonding agents
Ekaland™ PPDN is a bonding agent for rubber/metal or, more broadly, rubber/substrate adhesives. It is an adhesion promoter: 8 to 25% in adhesive formulation.
It can be used as an accelerator for low-temperature vulcanization in CR.
It can be used as an activator for IIR.
In EPDM compounds, it can replace TDEC as a secondary accelerator.
Slightly coloring and practically odorless. Does not migrate.
Grade NDX has a finer particle size distribution, making it more active.
MLPC also offers Ekaland™ PPDN HU (humide), without the solvent.
